At the November and December meetings, members of the Growth Team Workshop discussedand developed goals for 2013. Continuing with the focus of improving our church structure and process, the Growth Team developed a “ministry structure,†which will serve to more evenly distribute the work of the parish and allow all parishioners to become involved in our church’s growth.Â
    We will hold a Ministry Fair  on Sunday, January 20 during coffee hour.  On that day, believing in the concept that each of us has unique talents to use for the church’s benefit, each parishioner will have the opportunity to join one or more of these ministries. We will provide descriptions of each ministry next week, so everyone can have an opportunity to think about how they can best serve.Â
    This Ministry Fair is an extremely important step in our church’s growth.Â
